RenoStandUp.com was created in October of 2008 as a site with the goal of promoting local comedy shows. Over time the site and it’s goals have evolved. Today, RenoStandUp.com is dedicated to being the go to place to find all comedy in the Reno/Tahoe area.
In addition to being a website, RenoStandUp.com also puts on comedy shows. Currently, we are putting on a monthly comedy show at the University of Nevada, Reno where we present regionally touring comedians and showcase local talent. We are always looking for ways to expand our shows to a bigger audience and hope that we can bring more shows to Northern Nevada’s future.
RenoStandUp.com is also a resource for local comedians. In addition to posting upcoming shows, we provide webspace to host local comedian websites. Our newest addition is a local satirical newspaper at http://www.renoriot.com.
